Electronic Signature

BigSign is an electronic signature orchestration platform built around national ID numbers. You enter the ID numbers of the people who need to sign a document; BigSign locates the signers, manages the signing order and returns the signed document to you. A two-party contract and a forty-signature progress-payment chain both start with the same single call.

Problem

Under Turkish Law No. 5070, a qualified electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a wet signature and stands as conclusive evidence, with only a narrow set of exceptions. Yet contracts, payroll slips and HR documents are still printed, couriered back and forth, scanned, archived — and chased down by phone when a signature is missing. The obstacle was never the signature itself. It is the orchestration of the signing process.

Privacy

On standard e-signature platforms, the document is uploaded to the provider's servers. In BigSign's privacy-preserving mode, it is not: the original and signed PDFs stay inside your own infrastructure, and only the document's hash and the metadata required to coordinate the process reach the central system. Because we never see the document's contents, we cannot leak them — and cannot hand them over even if compelled. Your organisation remains the data controller throughout.

Integration and platform

BigSign is API-first: a single REST call from your ERP, HR, CRM or BPM system starts a signing process, and the result comes back via webhook. Sequential, parallel and mixed signer chains; the PAdES, CAdES, XAdES and JAdES standards; qualified timestamping through KamuSM; and an immutable audit trail are all standard parts of the platform. Signer availability is tracked in real time and the notification channel is chosen accordingly — so it works just as well for field teams who are never at a desk.
